FOR EMPLOYERS

If we accept your search, it’s because we believe we can fill it — and we’ll tell you on the first call if we can’t. We’ve worked only in this industry for over 35 years, so the odds are we’ve already placed someone like the person you’re describing.

Most searches run from a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on how rare the person is. We’ll give you an honest read on your specific search at the outset — not the answer you’d like, the real one.

On a contingency search, nothing until your hire actually starts. No retainer, no upfront cost, no risk until you have your person.

Every placement carries a 30-day replacement guarantee from the hire’s start date, extendable to 90 on request. If it doesn’t work out, we make it right.

For most roles, contingency: you pay only on a successful placement. For confidential, C-suite, or especially hard-to-fill searches, retained makes sense — a portion of the same fee up front, in exchange for our dedicated, prioritized focus until it’s done. It’s not more expensive; you’re paying sooner to lock in our commitment on a search you can’t afford to have stall. Not sure? Ask, and we’ll tell you straight.

Yes. The right person for your role is usually already employed, often by someone you compete with. Reaching people who aren’t looking is the entire point of an executive search.

Routinely. We run the search discreetly and you stay in control of the timing, so the incumbent learns nothing until you’re ready.

Most of what matters about a hire doesn’t fit on a job post. Tell us what you’re really after — the experience, the fit, the things you can’t quite put in writing — and we’ll translate it into a search. Reading between the lines is the work.

It’s precisely who we’re built for. The people who’ve been in this industry for twenty years already know us. If you’re newer to it, we’re the partner who knows the market you don’t — who’s out there, what they cost, and what “good” actually looks like for the role.

No. We place senior, salaried, permanent professionals — sales, engineering, operations, R&D, and executive leadership. For hourly or temporary staff, we’ll refer you to a staffing agency.

Yes. Most of our business is repeat business, and that doesn’t happen if you go quiet on people. You’ll hear from us on time, throughout the process.

FOR CANDIDATES

Always. Your current employer is never contacted, and your profile is presented only with your approval.

Never. Companies pay our fees. You gain access to roles that are often never posted anywhere.

Yes. The best moves in this industry happen quietly, and the right call tends to come when you least expect it. Get on our radar before the role you’d actually want opens.
