- $24-$29 / hour ~ 50-60K base salary
- 30% incentive structure for making sales quota

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- At least one (1) years of Inside Sales experience is required
- High level of comfort with phone and virtual communication required
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Quick, efficient computer skills and strong multi-tasking abilities
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow
