This position is a new opportunity based on growth, and it will report directly to the North American Business Development Director.
The company is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to call on key Pharma, OTC Generics, Biotech, and Nutraceutical markets in on the East Coast Region. They require a minimum of 3-10 years in Sales in Pharmaceutical markets. Experience selling Capsules, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Excipients, Pharmaceutical Chemicals, or Materials is crucial to this role. Wine Label Product Marketing Manager- Southern California
Manufacturer of pressure sensitive roll label materials and films and they are in need of an an experienced marketing of the products for the Wine Label (Screen and Flexo-graphic) aspect of the business.
Directs and implements the business development activities of the Wine Label business on strategic and day to day basis.
Identifies, cultivates and directs new business opportunities and customers for Wine Label market opportunities.
Supports and trains field sales personnel to make sure that they are well-qualified to sell Wine Label products and understand how competitive products and market forces effect their sales development.

Segment Product Manager
General Accountability: The product (publishing, technical specialty, office products, packaging and specialty board) Manager leads the development and implantation of marketing unit plans. The primary responsibilities are to develop, recommend and implement strategies to improve market segment and product group financial performance.
Nature and Scope of Position
The product managers will have no direct reports.
The product manager develops and recommends and implements strategies to improve market segment and product group financial performance.
The incumbent will lead the development and implementation of market segment plans with goals, strategies and tactics based on a completer analysis of specific segments. The analysis will include market segment demand, growth rates, customer needs, competitive position, product value proposition and go to market implementation plans to achieve maximum segment profitability.
The Product Manager provides leadership to cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Product Development, Supply Chain and
Manufacturing) to drive accelerated implementation of new business and cost improvement.
The incumbent works closely with the product development group to identify new product opportunities as well as market-related information needed for stage gate reviews.
The Product Manager provides on-going analysis and leadership to achieve performance targets:
a. Review and identify underperforming products, customer accounts
and determine root cause
b. Develop and recommend pricing strategies for each market segment
and product
c. Monitor converting and customer performance
