Gary P. Giallombardo, President started in the recruiting business in July 1981 where he was employed as a search consultant with an executive search firm. He established himself for five and a half years within the Pressure Sensitive, Converting, Packaging and Printing industries. In 1984, he became a licensed C.P.C. professional, certified by the National Association of Personnel Consultants. His focus is working upper management assignments including: R&D, Operations, Sales Management on both retained and contingency searches. He is responsible for global opportunities within the industry and founded Central Executive Search in 1987 to focus on critical need in this specialty arena.

Stacey Potochar, Talent Aquisition Manager, has been with Central Executive Search since 1996. She is reponsible for the recruitment of all candidates specializing in the Flexible Packaging, Printing, Films, Folding Cartons, Adhesives, Tapes, and Labels nationwide. Stacey is also responsible of the management of all recruitment, candidate projects and operations within Central Executive Search.

Angelo Giallombardo, C.P.C., Global Sales and Marketing Manager, graduated from Ohio University in 2001 with a B.A. He has been employed with Central Executive Search since 1997. He works heavily in the Manufacturing markets including Polymers, Chemicals, Pressure Sensitive, Printing, and Converting Industries. He concentrates heavily in Technical Management, Sales and Marketing Management, R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing sectors.

Kim Kirkpatrick, National Recruiting Executive, has been employed at Central since 2007. She is responsible for the recruitment and sourcing of candidates for specific projects and retainers. She works closely with the entire staff of Central as a catalyst in the recruitment process. Prior to Central Executive Search she worked for 2 years with an executive search firm based in Florida. There she specialized in placement and recruitment of candidates in the medical and healthcare industry all across the country.
