Central Executive Search was founded in 1987, by Gary Giallombardo as a specialty firm dedicated to the growth and advancement of the Pressure Sensitive, Paper, Packaging, Adhesives and Converting industries. Central Executive Search decided to specialize on the growth and need for companies dealing in the Converting industry, because his solid understanding and contact within these markets.
At the time of its inception, the P/S Adhesives market was really starting to blossom and take off. Central Executive Search was an integral part in many small, medium, and large companies, grasping a share of this market. The areas that we concentrated on in the beginning were the P/S Roll Label market to Flexographic and Narrow Web Printers, as well as the Industrial P/S Adhesive Tapes, Double Coated Tapes to the HVAC, Appliance, Industrial, Automotive and Medical industries.
Another area that Central Executive Search concentrates heavily with is the Flexible Packaging market, which includes Paper, Film, Foil Laminations, Folding Cartons, Inserts, Labels, and Specialty Packaging. We pride ourselves on learning and knowing the latest in technologies and innovations in our industry, by attending many trade shows and seminars to keep us constantly updated on our changing markets.
Gary Giallombardo, established the company after specializing with a prior search firm for 8 years. The company started out as both a contingency and retained search firm and has maintained these professional services throughout the years.
Central Executive Search has a full staff of Account Executives and Recruiters that compliment the search process. The recruiters are given the search project or assignment, and work closely with the staff of executives, who in turn work confidentially with our clients to successfully hire the right candidate. We pride ourselves on confidentiality and realize we are entrusted with proprietary information at all times.
