Financial Business Manager - #3755

This major manufacturer of Polymers, Coatings, Adhesives, and Specialty Chemicals in the Akron, Ohio area is looking for a Financial Business Manager with experience in Finances, Accounting, SAP, and Manufacturing Environments. The company is a growing publicly held manufacturer with strong ties to consumer and converting markets. This position will be responsible for the accuracy of the financial process involved in this Chemicals Division. There is interactions with Plant, Division, and Corporate management on a daily basis. This person will coordinate the monthly financial closing and will be responsible for cost analysis and reporting. They need this person to eventually become the SAP financial superuser. This position requires a minimum of 5-10 years in Accounting, and some knowledge of SAP with product cost analysis, financial closing, or manufacturing environment experience. The position offers a salary commensurate with experience. They prefer an MBA / CPA / or CMA advanced degree. Auditing experience is a plus as well.
